There’s a reason the phrase, sleep like a baby is meaningful.
Baby’s sleep deeply and frequently as they recharge for their next burst of energy. Today’s weekend word play is a little poem for my grandson Len.
Roaming wide on my four limbs,
Across the room and back again.
Around the corner, peeking, laughing,
Giggling can be exhausting.
So much in the world to know,
Smiles and hugs and ice cold snow.
Toy trucks, monkeys, blankets snug,
Cozy babies sprawled on the rug.
